How to Catch Blue Catfish
Переглядів 17 тис.Місяць тому

Many of the tree in the "Do Not Disturb" part of our land are dead or dying. How can I legally have the dead trees removed and new trees planted? Most of the trees not in the DND zone are dead or sick and dying, Carpenter ants infested at least one of the dead trees.

Gee, this is wonderful! I only occasionally read the DNR newsletter, which is how I happened upon this. No doubt there are other restoration projects DNR has as well. I hope you have additional ways to let people know about these programs. People need hope that the State is doing so much to restore the environment, and that there excellent resources, such as the tree program, that they can use.

Great work. The Ocean City Airport just cleared 6+ acres of forested area behind my house. It's an open field and just dirt now. Is there a type of tree that the DNR provides which would work in this area and not grow very high? I'm doing some research to submit to them a proposal to replant this area. Thanks.

It's breathtaking. Some of the African American's who were descendants of the enslaved worked at Holly Beach Farm for the wealthy families. Some worked there for y-e-a-r-s like Aunt Emily Allen. In modern times descendants aren't allowed access to see this beautiful area. The cemetery that was presumed for the enslaved Af. American's, in this area, is 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 mentioned. The Moss family, Hackett's Point, who owned slaves is 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 mentioned. What we are not going to do is continually EXCLUDE those stories, that history; the current descendants while yet again centering a place of Captivity, of Enslavement, of Beauty. Both can be done: highlighting Holly Beach Farm, once owned by the wealthy & powerful Labrot family, 𝐀𝐍𝐃 behaving as if the enslaved mattered; their descendants matter. Maryland's whitewashing continues.

Maryland is a small California and will be a 3rd world cesspool in about 10 years. People are leaving in droves because of high taxes, crime , terrible schools, high cost of living, sanctuary cities, not business friendly, corrupt state government employees, bad drug problems, pollution in the bay from factories and run off from other states, Pennsylvania,Delaware ,New York, feces from water plants in Baltimore, and a bad gang problem, and a inept judicial system!

A family member owns property in Allegheny county md, the original deeds from the 1800s are still in our possession, there was an error made by a survey done prior which caused a loss of acreage on the property which now is in the states archives, is there a direction you can point us in to get this corrected? Again, we have the original deeds from the 1800s and know that the error exists and should be corrected.
